Anyphone™ Access Registrations - put your numbers on your account
This simply refers to the process of listing your phones on your Vontastic account. During the sign up process, each customer enters their phone numbers and these numbers become "registered" to your account. You can enter landline numbers if you wish. We are not a phone carrier. We are a VOIP company that offers enhanced calling services for your existing phones.

Anyphone™ Access Ringback Option - makes your calls look like incoming calls
This option will cause calls made by the phones you registered to your account to ring busy the instant you call a Vontastic network number. Then a few seconds later, the Vontastic network will call you back. Then your outgoing call can be placed. Use this feature if your phone company gives you free incoming calls.

Outgoing call services
There are two ways to make outgoing calls from your registered phones. The first is to call into the Vontastic Electronic operator to place a call to any destination in the world at your Vontastic rates. The second is to call one of your Autodial™ numbers.

There are two ways to make outgoing calls from your registered phones:


Electronic Operator
When you wish to place a call on your Vontastic accounts using your Vontastic rates from your phones, you can call the Electronic Operator by dialing either a local Vontastic Network Access number or a special Toll Free number. When we answer your call, the Electronic Operator will ask you where you want to call and then you dial the numbers followed by the # key. It is very important that you do not hit the [Send] key on your phone a second time as this may cause your phone company to pick up the call. We do not take responsibility for misuse of Electronic Operator.

AutoDial™
When customers first sign up they get a series of local phone numbers in their area that are called "AutoDial" numbers. Next to each of these numbers, you enter the phone number of anyone in the world that you call on a regular basis. When you dial any of the AutoDial numbers from your phones, you will be automatically and instantly connected to the person you set that AutoDial number to ring to. The best part is, you can put the local AutoDial number into your phone address book.

VOIP is the technology that allows Vontastic to completely replace your local and long distance phone companies. It's different from regular phone service because it sends your voice to and from your phone digitally, like an email over a Broadband or High-speed Internet connection.


Do I need a special phone?
No special phone is needed! You can use any regular corded or cordless telephone that you like. You get a telephone Adapter that converts your voice into a digital signal and this device will accept any regular telephone plugged into it.

What do I need for Vontastic VOIP?
You will need 3 things: Broadband, a credit card, and A valid U.S. or Canadian address (for 911 emergency services)

What is Broadband?
Broadband is high-speed Internet access that gives you a continuous connection to the Internet at speeds much faster than dial-up, which is not always on. DSL and Cable internet are examples of Broadband. In order for us to maintain high quality calls over your Broadband connection it's important that your Broadband has speeds of 90 kbps or better. To test this, simply use the SPEED TEST tool on the www.vontastic.com home page.

We bill directly to your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can use any ATM or Debit card with these logos on them. We DO NOT accept pre-paid credit cards of any kind. All credit cards must be issued in the U.S. or Canada.


How do I receive my bill?
You can view your bill online by logging into the Account Management Portal at www.vontastic.com. Each month when your bill cycles, our system will send you an email telling you that your bill is ready for viewing.

How soon after making a call can I see the call on my bill?
Instantly, your calls are in the Unbilled Usage section of your Online Customer Account. You can see who you called, how much the call cost immediately after you made it, no more waiting for the surprise bill to come in the mail. You can also see who called you.

What is the Regulatory Recovery Fee?
In 1993, Congress asked the FCC to charge a regulatory fee to recoup the costs of operating the FCC. This fee is not only being charged by telephone companies but those who deal with communications, such as satellite, cable, and cell phone companies.

Vontastic is a nationwide VOIP company and as such, we have inventories of phone numbers in many metropolitan areas throughout the U.S. and Canada. We do not have numbers in every market, but we can transfer numbers in almost anywhere.


Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, in most cases. This process is called "Local Number Portability" and we can take or "port" your old phone number away from your old phone company and onto your Vontastic line. When the porting is complete, your old phone line will be disconnected. Porting is not 100%; the company that is giving up the number can reject our order to port the number to Vontastic. We cannot guarantee that your LNP order will complete.

What are Extra Inbound Numbers?
Extra Inbound Phone Numbers allow you to choose local phone numbers in other parts of the U.S. and Canada where your friends, family or business associates live so that they can call you on a phone number that is local to them. These numbers can ring-to your phones or to your VOIP Line on your Vontastic Service-Line rates.

Does Vontastic offer Toll Free or 800 numbers?
Yes we do.

Our VOIP network is second to none. The way we designed and built it gives us an amazing quality advantage over our competitors.


Can I take my VOIP device to another country?
Yes you can. Technically speaking, you can take your Vontastic device to anyplace on earth that has a Broadband connection and plug it in and you will get Vontastic dial tone as if you were at home. But there are many differences in the way other countries engineer and manager their data networks. Vontastic does not guarantee that our service will work from anywhere except the U.S. and Canada. Using Vontastic in any other country is done at your own risk.

Will customer service help me if I am in a different country?
We will always strive to help our customers. Our customer service motto is "We strive for perfection, but we will settle for Excellence". However, since there is so much variation in the data networks of different countries, we offer our customer support on a best efforts basis if you are using Vontastic from outside the U.S. and Canada.

Do any of the Anyphone™ services work in other countries?
Not at this time. As we expand into other countries and get local phone numbers there, we will begin to offer Anyphone™ services abroad.

Distributors do demonstrations of Vontastic service to sell Product Keys
Our Distributors buy Vontastic Product Keys from the company at wholesale prices and sell them at the retail price to customers. Customer sign ups are what make the whole compensation plan work and of course because our services are a great deal to customers, we feel anyone with a need to save money on their communications expense will sign up. The advantage of the MLM system is to leverage the time of others in order to exponentially increase your income. The Product Keys give a new customer an account, account activation and one month of service on a trial basis. After the trial month, customers use our service on an ongoing monthly basis. Sign a customer up once and so long as they are happy and don't cancel, you get paid every month forever.

We pay up front commissions and long term residual commissions
What really sets Vontastic apart from most MLM companies, besides great money saving (instead of money wasting) products and services is the fact that our distributors earn both up front and residual income.
